GarageKing is a cloud-based garage management platform designed to help automotive businesses manage bookings, job cards, invoices, vehicle records, DVLA lookups, MOT reminders, and customer communications.

  • Customer names, phone numbers, and email addresses
  • Vehicle registration numbers and service history
  • Invoices and payment records

DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT (DPA)

For garages using GarageKing:

The garage acts as the Data Controller.
BOSOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LTD acts as the Data Processor.

We process personal data solely to provide services including booking management, invoicing, reminders, and communications.

Processor Obligations:

  • Process data only on documented customer instructions
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Implement appropriate security safeguards
  • Notify customers without undue delay of any data breach

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Obtain lawful consent for SMS and email reminders
  • Ensure data entered is accurate and lawful
  • Handle subject access or deletion requests

TERMS OF SERVICE

GarageKing is provided on a subscription basis to automotive businesses. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Account Responsibility:

  • You are responsible for login security
  • You are responsible for staff access control

Payments:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly unless agreed otherwise
  • Non-payment may result in suspension
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOSOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LTD shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
